Don’t worry! You’re not the first momma who has experienced these challenges during matrescence. Becoming a parent is a huge life change and you’re not alone in this transition. You’re in the right place to learn about this life transition and all the shifts that come with it and gather the tools to help you settle into your role as a mother.
This is a sequential, personal development course and the design itself is kind of like parenthood— where you will learn information and then practice what you learned! The course material is foundational, with information building upon itself, and will first introduce you to the concept(s) that will be covered and, then, guide you to apply those concept(s) to your own experience. The course instructor presents the information in simple, everyday language so that the course is accessible to the general public. The course comes with resources to digitally download to support you in applying what you learned outside of the course... in your real life! You will receive lifetime access to the course and course materials.
